This Pandora is one of the first few Hundred that was assembled. It has some of the dreaded general errors that those first units had. The screen bezel pops up in the middle, and one of the shoulder buttons pops out in an awkward way. Basically I wanted to return this or send it in to get fixed...
This one definitely skips a lot less for me. Games tried: Mario 64 and Bomberman 64 - The Second Attack! My Pandora was one of the ones that had cracky audio before hotfix3 as well~ if that helps.
Ha I checked the dirs after, a blonde moment for me...
Game works pretty well at 750mhz, but there is some slowdown on level 2 where there is lots of baddies :)
Thanks!
Does someone want to guide me in the right direction? I downloaded both things but it doesn't run when I execute it on my pandora. Is there something else I need? Like original doom stuff?
This is because it saved your brightness setting to a really dark level when it shut down(most likely). You need to 'login' using your admin name and password.
So basically when the screen goes dark you type your password press enter, then press FN + I (brightness up) to get back in. You should...
Thanks man. I looked at your pics and mine has the exact problem as yours does, haha. In another thread OP said they would send out replacement shoulder buttons. :D
This causes my Exaile media player to stop working. When I try to open a mp3 in it, it says "Connection Refused". Works with mplayer though. I like the results so far B)
Title: 007 - The World Is Not Enough
Region: NTSC
Format: img
Emulator Version: Beta 3
Status: Not Working
CPU Speed: 850 Mhz
Comments: locks up pandora and emulator at "loading"
So like aside from changing some variables in a cfg file, is there any REAL solution being worked on? <_<
Just wondering.
hopefully :D
edit: HackModford's settings seem to be working okay for me. With the old settings when there was a 'audio twitch' in the genesis emulator it would spit...
One of my buttons stick out like that by default because it's one of the first several that was made... I don't like how it does that. I'd rather have them flush :)
I have the same problem with the crackling. I figure it's software though as some apps work perfectly when it comes to sound (pandora panic for example).
