Problem With The Gpfrodo Emulator For The Gp32.

Do you really need ALL of those roms? Are you going to play all of them? Try this: go through the roms and delete the ones that sound like you are never going to want to play it.

    Payback Release Date?

No, it would just be typical unfunny immaturity, suprisingly common in these boards. That and people quoting massive quote trees.

    Gp2x Vs. Gp32?

The thing is, there's a difference between a first and second try. The GP32 was a first try. They weren't used to to problems that could arise with a handheld. The GP2X and the XGP's are second tries. To me, the GP2X doesn't really seem like a second try. Sure the specs are better than the...

Analysis Of Scaling To 16:9 Aspect Ratio

The GP32 seemed to be a very experimental handheld at the time. It was top of the line spec-wise. But unfortunately, there were indeed many problems. Now 5 years later, GPH branches off from the main company and has a second chance. Craigix, you say the main people from Gamepark went to GPH...

Analysis Of Scaling To 16:9 Aspect Ratio

The problem is, anyone with a brain could have corrected the problems that arose with the GP2X. GPH rushed it out; they weren't thinking. The PSP and DS's flaws hardly alter the playing experience. Sure, the PSP's d-pad may be hard to use, but at least when you press left, IT GOES LEFT.

    This Looks Interesting

It's TOO much for him. That extra .1 inch will make all the emulators basically unplayable due to the intense stretching, which makes the game blurry. Or they can letterboxed, which is also unacceptable because the huge black borders completely ruin the emulation experience. ;)

    Gp32 Flu Questions...

Yeah, common problem. When my clip finally broke off completely, I just super-glued it back on and put a very tiny piece of duct tape to secure it. Now I just have to put a little pressure down on the clip and bend the battery cover out, no problems.

Analysis Of Scaling To 16:9 Aspect Ratio

Well, those control problems were easily fixable with non-technical methods (paper mod). I know those fixes shouldn't have been necessary, but at least it didn't come "broken" out of the box and there's no need to take a risk making a d-pad mod. *5* years ago, Gamepark was smart enough to make...

    Gp2x Emus Vs. Psp Emus

OMars, make sure you do research first before making a statement. You just have to look at sites like http://ps2emu.dcemu.co.uk/. There are 26 systems that ARE emulated on the PS2. Though to what extent, I don't know.

How Much Would You Pay For A D-pad Pre-modded Gp2x?

Don't you guys realize that paying for a D-pad mod would just bump the overall price of your GP2X? It's more of a fix than a mod because the D-pad would be used to make the GP2X a little more functional, not more aesthetically pleasing. BTW DaveC where in Illinois do you live?

    Gp2x Emus Vs. Psp Emus

Ok, whatever you do, do NOT give her a GP2X please! Girls like things that are stylish. The PSP is stylish to some extent. The GP2X is not; it is a block. But really, you have to give a gift that says that she is your *girl*friend. A PSP full of emus is the kind of gift I would give to...
