The recent non-ESR Firefox can be installed from the "Mozillateam" repository on Ubuntu's Launchpad platform.

If you're on Debian 10, choose the package for Ubuntu 18.04 (firefox - XXX+build1-0ubuntu0.18.04.1~mt1)

Sad to hear this after your great success with Slackware earlier.
Hmm, if some chips (partly) got killed through the spark, it's strange that the ports sometimes work in Pyra OS but never in Slackware...
This remembers me when I wanted to plug in USB devices on my Laptop in the dark, I sometimes...
The name of this release may be a funny word if you speak german. But since the developer of this engine-rewrite is French, you can call it 'ot if you like :D

Now it's time for a Flashback!

According to the changelog, a widescreen mode from the CD-i version is supported. I wonder if this will get us a nice 16:9 fullscreen mode.
I did a quick port of OpenRCT2. It runs very slow when there's much on the screen.
You can get the Datafiles as described here:

I extracted the Offline Installer from GOG via innoextract.
There are some dependencies required to run the...
Since I mainly use Bullseye now, I have just realized that it is not running under Debian 10 Buster!
It needs more recent versions of libc6 and libstdc++6 than Buster provides.
You can get a Bullseye image from here:

Flash it...
My first dbp is online!
It's a port of Rigel Engine, the re-implementation of the game Duke Nukem II.

Controls can be easily assigned in the options menu. Use the tab "Keyboard controls" to change keys, not Gamepad controls!
Make sure to activate the...
To save some battery while fiddling, I often dim the backlight after booting. I realized, that in bookworm (my favorite word atm :D ) the intensity level is saved upon restart. So how can I get this value saved in the "official" Pyra OS?
Thanks for the tip, but no success :(
Only pyra-meta-desktop-base was installed and already the recent version. I also installed pyra-meta-base and pyra-meta-mate but no success either. The issue doesn't seem to be related with the pyra-meta packages...
Switching to the bullseye branch in...
Any idea how to resize the root partition on a bullseye system? The f2fs-tools are incompatible with more recent debian versions, so I get "Error: Device size is not sufficient for F2FS volume, more segment needed =12557".
So the sails are set for a journey towards bullseye. There are now bullseye images and the Pyra-specific packages now have branches for bullseye. However, upgrading a bullseye system to bookworm seems to work well, so why not skip bullseye and move directly to bookworm?
Are there any major...
That's a great idea and I'd like to do it as well (in several rates) although I got my Pyra nearly 2 years ago when the actual loss wasn't that big.
However, the donation page is not working atm @EvilDragon
