Totally up to you, helps me do my research for GINGE, but at the same time I found similar info in notaz's libpicofe, so I'm using that atm :)

Can't wait for them to be available again, I've been doing research on some gp2x touchscreen wiz/caanoo opengl es 1.1 stuff the past few days, wasn't expecting switching pages to lose the info temporarily :P

    SuperZaxxon v1.73 - maintenance release

I got quite a few of those error: not linking ones, they whipped by pretty fast but looked like they were all busybox related. If the upgrade saves a log somewhere let me know and I'll check it out or fire it your way notaz... The sd's show their names on the desktop it's just the...

Release GINGE Update and Ruckage Pack!

b_o_b: I can look into OutcaST and get back to you... I might consider doing an emu pack sometime down the line, but for the most part native pandora emu's are definitely the way to go...

    SuperZaxxon v1.73 - maintenance release

Thanks Notaz, just wondering why the SD cards no longer use their names just mmcblk0 and mmcblk1 now (no real issues there, just was easier to tell which was which in GINGE :P  and when manually traversing dirs in terminal)

Release GINGE Update and Ruckage Pack!

There's about 70+ games that work through GINGE that are already on Pandora :) I try and keep them sorted in my own working directory (and even pick and choose wiz/gp2x based on what I feel works better). There is so much overlap in the Wiz/Caanoo/GP2X software library that it's a...

Release GINGE Update and Ruckage Pack!

Good to know... Firewhip is one of the ones I didn't really test as it's available on the Pandora itself, but always good to know what the reasons behind the software not working. I'm gonna keep testing ufxi binaries and hope I can find one that doesn't suffer from splashscreen crashes. (As you...

Release GINGE Update and Ruckage Pack!

you might have to leave the runtime folder, not the files in it, but the empty folder itself. Seems the games all have data directories relative to the runtime folder (../data instead of ./data) and you just need to be able to enter the directory. Also, if it shows a splashscreen and freezes...

Release GINGE Update and Ruckage Pack!

Ok, so I added BennuGD, Fenix and Ultimate Fenix runtimes to the GINGE.pnd and made some changes to the code to automagically use the right ones! Just a note though: Ultimate Fenix games you will still NEED to put --nosplash behind the .dcb in the .gpe, working on a solution but I'm kinda not...

skins crash mini menu [solved ish]

oh, one simple thing to check would be to make sure you're edited text is all using the same line ends (use dos2unix on the file) if you open it up in mousepad on the pandora and it brings up a box saying the file is not a standard format blah blah whatever then you might have that (or other)...

skins crash mini menu [solved ish]

I believe the skins stopped working quite a few years ago, not sure the exact reason but if you delete the skin's folder off the sd card it's SUPPOSED to stop it from continuing to crash... Skeezix would be the best one to ask about this, sorry I don't have any further information on getting...

Release GINGE Update and Ruckage Pack!

So, due to my infamous SD issues apparently I uploaded a neotron pack and GINGE that were slightly broken, but seemed to work fine on my system... I fixed that and uploaded the new versions to the repo.

Release GINGE Update and Ruckage Pack!

Linux-SWAT: So would adding a GP2X subcategory under the current Game>Emulator categories in the PXML create a GP2X subdir in the menu? I'll give it a try and hope for the best, if there is a better way to do this or something I'm missing out on, please let me know :) ...Or would people...

Release GINGE Update and Ruckage Pack!

Hence why I started messing around with GINGE in the first place, trying to figure out a way to get touchscreen support in there right now. I may not be the best coder, hell I may not even be 5th best... but I'll try and do small things here and there...

Release GINGE Update and Ruckage Pack!

Klumpen: ALOT of those games are on GP2X or Wiz, so why the need for Caanoo support? Just sayin'... I'll look into it eventually, but if you need to play animatch, check out the Ruckage pack... Things like Liar: Redemption will take longer to start working as I have to figure out a way to...

Release GINGE Update and Ruckage Pack!

Well, now that I'm not thinking all stupid-like I'll try and see if I can get Caanoo support working, looks like I just need to find a way to extract those damn cramfs images they used for the firmware to get the right libs, compile a loader using the caanoo toolchain and go from there, ofcourse...

    Join what has been split

I'd prefer a merge for 3 simple reasons: 1) I'd love to see a little more "flow through" on the old forums, even if it's in the form of overflow from Pandora/Pyra forums, it's a ghost town over there 2) I feel like I'm posting in the wrong area no matter which place I post, gp32x cause...

What should I do with this handful of tinybob's?

Yeah, I think one's going direct to a tv-out cable and maybe try and make an ir out of the tx & rx on another, cause nothing was funnier than using a pocketstation to turn off every tv in the sony store all at once :P  Did the same with my Tapwave Zodiac at some point too, good times...

Release GINGE Update and Ruckage Pack!

*facepalm* Well that was a giant brainfart... I dunno where I got the "Caanoo is hardfp" part from, *sigh* my brain must be turning to goo... It is Eabi though, maybe that's what I was thinking but spewing out random unrelated for no reason... Thanks for the correction Notaz and I'll try and...
