This looks interesting, with TDP configurable down to 4.5W. They claim it is about 30% faster than the old Atom x7-Z8700....
It's obviously important to cater to newbies, but I think we still have enough eMMC space to include a few useful things for developers as well....

The Kobo Start Menu package (which you've probably installed already) has a program for this under tools/ (start kbterminal.sh) in the full menu.
