Battle zone was freed a while ago !

Are you sure it is? All I've found is that the multiplayer library has been open-sourced and that one developer resumed work to release patched versions.
Though it might be worth a shot sending an e-mail to that developer to see if a Pandora version could be possible... Though it's D3D so I guess the porting would be quite complex.

There's no source code, it's just a patch and a download of the original installers. This happened a while ago.

I'm sure ptitSeb can port the game in a few minutes if he has the sources.

Loved this game when it came out, and it sure is a blast to be playing it now .. only thing is, how does one get it in fullscreen mode?

Would be amazing to have this on Pandora - with the nubs - and especially with multiplayer mode.

Has anyone tried to contact the author of the patches? I guess he has access to the original source code. I'm not sure if he'd be allowed to share it with Ptitseb, but that might be worth a shot.
But if Ptitseb is indeed able to port a D3D game to the Pandora in a few minutes, I'd suggest he takes a look at No One Lives Forever, which has been open sourced for some time.

The source is likely still the property of Activision/Atari and therefore pretty much locked down.
