I've been feeling a little down lately?

I can't do the exercise thing very easily now as my knees are shot after a bad fall down some stairs a few years ago but just getting out in the garden with a good book and a beer is almost as therapeutic :)

Also meditation is pretty good at giving you a better outlook on life. PM if you need a hand to get started, I've taught several people over the years.

Hows the weather your way? We have a beautiful storm at present and musically it would go something like this

Though there's been better storms and better players.

I'd recommend a wing tsun wall bag and at least 5 thousand chain punches otherwise............

Assuming you're feeling down mentally or emotionally, then try thinking about things you have to be thankful for. For instance, I understand that you have an impressive Gamecube collection; isn't it nice to have a good enough job for you to be able to afford it, the home that surrounds it, and the food that keeps you alive to admire it? ;)

I was listening to a lot of Eurodance when I was going through tough times. It's pretty poppy, so it's good for getting you out of a funk. And some artists (like Gunther) are pretty lulzworthy. I moved on to trance after that. During the height of tax season, it was nice to set aside about a half hour per night to turn off the lights, lay down, slip on the headphones, and listen to trance or progressive house music. I've been exploring different kinds of house recently (and other electronica in general), but I still enjoy trance (esp. epic trance).

no matter the matter, you can always turn up the music. im currently listening to Danger Mouse & Daniele Luppi - Rome album
