So, as some of you might remember, many months ago I damaged my Pandora's battery by leaving the unit plugged into wall power for too long, causing the battery to expand. Technically it still works and it still fits in the case, but I was advised by a coworker that it wasn't safe to keep using it. For the time being I'm fine running off of the wall without a battery, but I figure eventually I'll like to be able to unplug the thing.

I don't want to attempt an RMA because I don't want to have to send the unit out for this (or even the battery, for that matter). Now I'm not admitting that this is my fault and not a consequence of a design flaw (or at least, not communicating necessary usage), but I don't have a problem paying whatever the normal price for a battery is. Unfortunately, it looks like gbax doesn't list anything but the Pandora itself right now. I could buy it from ED's shop, but the shipping is 40 EUR, nearly twice the cost of the battery itself, obviously not something I want to pay for. So I was wondering if anyone knew any way I could get a battery?

Thanks..

Thanks, I'll do that if nothing else comes up. Hearing how swamped they are I'm more inclined not to bother them, and I don't have something to swap..

What happened to your battery, btw?

You can just have a new one, PM me your address and I'll send you it free.

How about a round of applause for that customer service. Seriously, you rock Craig!
