Doesn Craig Replay To Your Email?

I placed my order on last Thursday, and all the transaction seemed went through fine. On the same day, I sent an email asking some questions through sales@cdworld.co.uk. But, I haven't received the reply to it. Is it expected? What's usual expectations?

He doesn't. I've corresponded with him 3 or 4 times from a gmail address. I have no idea what your situation is, but craig is a pretty busy guy.

I'm sure that someone else at cdworld will answer your question if he can't. Have you tried emailing again?

You guys sure you sent the email to the right address?
Cus i've had reply's from within an hour or so every time I've mailed them... granted not from Craig himself but some of his staff... they're very prompt, so something must be wrong...

I included queries with my order and have made further queries through the link on their site but not received any reply. I imagine they are pretty busy. Prehaps they are prioritising responses to people who have not yet taken the plunge. Although it would be nice to think they appreciate those of us who have taken a risk on a new system by going first, and are essentially funding this venture.

We answer them all and we do have a filter, firstly anything with attachments isn't even recieved (its dumped server side) and sometimes if the questions are answered on the site we also won't answer. Crappy virus programs tend to put attachments on all emails for reasons I don't understand.

Also we read in plain text, no html.

The filter avoids the usual sets of words so try to avoid sounding like a spam email :)

Or you can just ask on here or IRC and I will try to answer as soon as I see it.

Hmmm. . . let's see. . .

"Compared to the GP32, will the GP2X deliver increased pleasure through improved performance?"

"Do I get loads of free software with my GP2X?"

"I hate it when my handhelds run out of power. Where can I get better-performing batteries so I can keep it up for longer?"

:)

What would be the right email address to contact Craig, then?
